Reimagining Purex from Identity to Intelligent Platform

Purex is an innovator in air purification, with a forward-thinking vision and a product built for modern businesses. But to fully realise that vision, they needed more than just a strong product - they needed a brand, platform and marketing strategy that could work together to drive growth.

THE CHALLENGE:

Purex came to us at a pivotal moment. They were preparing to launch a new generation of IoT-enabled air purifiers, but their existing brand and digital presence didn’t reflect the innovation behind the product.

At the same time, rising cost-per-acquisition on Google Ads was making lead generation increasingly expensive. With growing demand in the market, Purex needed a way to scale efficiently, without sacrificing performance.

THE SOLUTION:

We started by redefining the brand - creating a bold new identity and digital presence that better represented Purex’s forward-thinking approach and positioned them for growth.

From there, we designed and built a new website to support lead generation, alongside the launch of their IoT-enabled products. This included designing the touchscreen interface on the devices themselves, as well as a central management platform that connects every unit globally, giving businesses full visibility and control over performance, servicing and consumables.

With the foundations in place, we turned our focus to driving demand. To reduce reliance on Google Ads and improve efficiency, we introduced Microsoft Ads as a complementary channel- targeting high-intent users and diversifying the acquisition strategy.

THE RESULT:

The result is a fully integrated approach, where brand, technology and marketing work together to drive growth.

Purex now has a standout identity, a connected digital ecosystem and a smarter acquisition strategy. By expanding into Microsoft Ads, we reduced CPA significantly - achieving an average of £29.93, 77% lower than Google Ads.

What began as a rebrand has evolved into a true end-to-end partnership - supporting Purex from strategy through to smart technology and scalable lead generation.
