Diamond Heaven is an award-winning jeweller, with 15 stores across the UK - including two in London’s Hatton Garden - and a leading e-commerce website. With big plans to expand into more UK cities and eventually Europe, they needed a way to turn online interest into in-store visits and appointments.

With so many locations and an ambitious growth plan, the team at Diamond Heaven wanted to know: which digital actions actually bring people through the door? And how could marketing support both existing stores and new ones as they open?

By combining Google’s automated insights, including enhanced conversion tracking and store visit data, with Diamond Heaven’s new CRM, we could see which clicks were turning into real sales. This let us optimise campaigns around the actions that mattered most: appointments and in-store purchases.
