As the firm evolved, their brand no longer reflected the energy, ambition and culture driving the business forward. Externally, they needed a more modern, confident identity that clearly communicated their strengths.
At the same time, they faced increasing competition for talent. They needed an employer brand that would attract and retain the right people - one that reflected their values and stood out in a crowded legal market.
Alongside this, Davisons wanted to improve their visibility online - driving more traffic, increasing rankings across key locations and generating high-quality enquiries for their services.

We reshaped the tone of voice to feel bold, approachable and human - moving away from traditional legal language to something clearer and more engaging. This was brought to life through a new visual identity, including a flexible logo suite, confident colour palette and distinctive graphic devices.
With the brand in place, we rolled it out across all touchpoints through an ongoing creative retainer, ensuring consistency and impact across campaigns, communications and internal materials.
Alongside this, we implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Starting with a technical audit, we resolved key website issues before rolling out on-page optimisation, local SEO and citation building to improve visibility across all office locations.
We focused heavily on non-branded, commercial keywords - optimising service and location pages to capture users actively searching for legal support. This was supported by a targeted digital PR strategy to build authority and increase brand awareness.
THE RESULT:
Davisons Law now has a brand that truly reflects who they are - modern, approachable and confident, with a clear point of difference in a traditionally conservative sector.
The new identity not only strengthens their position with clients, but also supports recruitment, helping attract talent aligned with their culture and values.
From a performance perspective, the impact has been significant. Within three months, key services moved onto page 1 or 2 across office locations, where previously there had been no visibility. Within 12 months, organic clicks increased by 37%, driving more high-quality enquiries into the business.
