What B Corp Certification Means
B Corp certification is awarded to businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. It looks beyond financial success, assessing how a company impacts its people, clients, communities and the planet.
For us, working towards B Corp certification was not about chasing a badge, but about validating what we already believe – that business should be a force for good.
Our Journey to Certification
Becoming a B Corp challenged us to take a deeper, more structured look at how we work across five key areas: governance, workers, customers, environment and community.
While much of this was already embedded in our culture, the process pushed us to formalise our policies and processes, set clearer and more measurable objectives, introduce greater accountability at every level of the business, and consistently track and report on the impact we’re making. It’s strengthened how we operate, but it hasn’t changed who we are.
What We’ve Done

People & Culture
We’ve continued to build an inclusive, people-first environment – supporting career progression, investing in development, and ensuring fair pay as an accredited Living Wage Employer. From internal promotions to flexible working and wellbeing initiatives, our focus has remained on helping our people thrive.
Governance & Accountability
We’ve embedded environmental and social impact into leadership decision-making, with regular board-level reviews and clear ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) accountability. Every major decision now considers its wider impact.
Client Impact
We’ve strengthened quality, transparency and accountability in our client work, from robust processes and performance tracking to ensuring our work delivers meaningful outcomes not just for clients, but for wider society.
Environmental Action
We’ve taken steps to reduce our environmental footprint through energy-efficient operations, sustainable procurement and initiatives like planting 1,200 trees annually to offset carbon impact.
Community Engagement
Our teams have dedicated time to giving back, using paid community days to volunteer, fundraise and support partner charities such as Promise Dreams and Beaudesert Trust.
What This Means Going Forward
Rather than seeing B Corp certification as the finish line, we view it as a framework for continuous improvement. It holds us accountable to keep raising our standards, be transparent about our progress, and make decisions that balance commercial success with positive impact, while strengthening how we support our people, partners and communities.
As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same: building a business that creates long-term value for our clients, and for the world around us.
