The challenge

Zaptec initially soft launched marketing activity in the UK from their HQ and partner agency based in Norway. This initial phase allowed them to refine their messaging and understand their target audience without the pressure of a large-scale launch. As their brand gained traction, they secured investment, signalling a shift in their marketing strategy. With newfound resources, Zaptec were in search for a seasoned UK-based agency to amplify their reach. 

The challenge for the UK agency was to focus on driving awareness and generating leads in a new, potentially lucrative market. The collaboration aimed to leverage the agency's expertise in the UK's unique market dynamics, ensuring that Zaptec's entry was both impactful and culturally resonant.

The solution

We used a mix of Organic and Paid Digital channel solutions in the UK to build awareness in the B2C consumer market whilst generating leads B2B market.

For Paid Channels, we adopted a full-funnel structure across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and Bing ads across both of our B2B and Consumer audiences.

For Organic, we developed a content first strategy alongside fixing technical issues with the website which resulted in 175% increase in new organic users.
