Midcounties Co-operative Funeralcare approached M3 to build an intelligent data management system that would allow a seamless flow of data between their customer and internal business datasets. The bespoke system unified older disparate developments into a single solution, accessible at all required levels across the business, with the older systems remaining in place being deeply integrated through available APIs.

Following the launch of the platform, our Digital Marketing team took to work to deliver an SEO and PPC campaign strategy to enhance the Co-operative’s digital presence. We focussed on improving the website’s technical performance and increasing visibility of their 85 funeral homes through on-page optimisation, whilst positioning their expertise through original blog content, targeting high volume search terms. A dedicated PPC campaign ran in parallel to drive enquiries and brand awareness.
